Sculpture

July 10th- 13th

Class Description:

Sculpture is a very broad and empowering field. It involves a multitude of different mediums, styles, and forms. For sculptors, any sort of physical material they encounter can become part of their artworks. During this course, students will learn the basic principles of sculpture through looking at historical and contemporary works. They will then create a conceptual backing for their own piece and spend time creating it. Mediums will include woodworking, clay, found objects, and more.
