Meet the February TPS Artist Behind Drowning in Thought (2024)

Rachel Bliss is a current BFA Painting student minoring in Entrepreneurship, Dance, and Theatre, and will be graduating in May 2029. A fun fact about Rachel is that one of her paintings is hanging in the US Capital in Washington D.C.!
