Mural Project is launching its new project, Love Poems to the City, with the Art Truck.

From February to April, we'll host Love Poems to the City workshops in the five district of the city and collect poems from the residents. Five designated poets will then distill five poems from these collections, of which will become five murals in the five districts respectively. For 3 days, we'll showcase the collections at Downtown Greensboro, together with activities that spread the love to the city! 

Founded by Alyzza May and Katrina Siladi, Mural Project is a non-profit art organization enrich communities through making murals. It has done more than ten murals at schools, local businesses, community centers, etc. More on their website: https://greensboromuralproject.com
