November 30th-December 9th.

Opening on First Friday, December 2nd.

Student presentations are December 8th from 3:30-6:30.

UNCG’s ART 446 Graphic Design class has been working on semester long project in correlation with AIGA's Design For Good movement. AIGA's website gives a description of the movement's purpose.

"Design for Good is a platform to build and sustain the implementation of design thinking for social change. This platform creates opportunities for designers to build their practice, their network, and their visibility. Design for Good recognizes the wide range of designers’ work and leadership in social change which benefits the world, our country and our communities.

Design for Good supports and sustains designers who play a catalytic role in communities through projects that create positive social impact. By connecting and empowering designers through online networking tools, inspirational stories, chapter events, training, national advocacy and promotion, Design for Good serves as a powerful resource for designers who wish to work in this area and a beacon for designers leading the charge."

Each student has chosen a different topic to focus on, covering topics such as such as sexual harassment, climate change, animal shelter reform, LGBT safe spaces, aid for refugees, mental health awareness, and many more.

Students will each give a brief presentation of their project, their creative process, and how they hope to better the world through design.

Featuring the work of Jasmine Best, Julia Brown, Zachary Chu, Therry Cromratie, Cynthia Mckay, Sergio Fraz, Vivvy Gipe, Leslie Howell, Alexander Marihew, Brea' Murphy, Kayla Rankin, Abbye Ritter, Stephanie Sacks, Jennifer Smith, Chris Snow, Evelyn Tsai, Ephraim Vernon, Candace Walker, Jamie Waynick, and Summer Woodard.
