Incorporating new ways to bring art into the world, we now have a vending machine that dispenses them. The GPSlot Machine will function dually as an exhibit and vending machine. The purpose is to give local artists exposure while allowing them to profit off it. By buying the art they support the artist, and then reveal the next art piece behind it in the exhibit. The art pieces will be relatively small no larger than 5x5 inches and will be inserted in the slots. Customers will have a chance to view or purchase them as they would an ordinary vending machine. The GPSlot Machine is located in the lobby area of 219 W. Lewis Street. This project is devised by UNCG School of Art student Cheyenne.
